- House was fully or partially damaged in 2022 floods.
- Surveyed and verified by PDMA/NGO partners.
- Possesses valid CNIC and bank account.
Not Eligible / Cautions
- Households outside notified flood-affected districts.
- Failed physical verification of damage.
